We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and customer-focused Inbound/Outbound Customer Care Representative to join our team and play an important role in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey. This is more than a call center position. You’ll be one of the first people our patients connect with, helping answer questions, schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and make each interaction feel helpful and positive. A Team That Supports You You’ll work alongside a dedicated team that values communication, collaboration, and providing a positive experience for every patient. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Two weeks of paid, on-site training What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and messages promptly, professionally, and with care Schedule patient appointments using our EHR system Respond to patient questions and concerns and route issues appropriately Document patient communications accurately in our CRM Provide a welcoming and helpful experience during every interaction Assist with administrative tasks and other team needs as needed What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience At least 1 year of experience using CRM or EHR software Strong communication and active listening skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and sound judgment A genuine desire to help others and provide excellent customer service Ability to successfully complete a routine criminal background check Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage $50,000 life insurance policy 401(k) with up to 5% company match Paid time off with annual increases 6 paid holidays Tuition reimbursement after 6 months of full-time employment Employee service discounts for you and one additional person AI-Assisted Note-Taking Disclosure We may use an AI-assisted tool during interviews for note-taking and documentation purposes.
