Senior Vice President, Product

We are seeking a transformative Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product to define and drive the next chapter of our technology platforms. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this highly critical role will lead a growing team of product professionals and partner with engineering, brand leadership and executive stakeholders to ensure product investments solve urgent customer problems while delivering measurable business value. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization Your impact: Define Product Vision & Strategy: Establish the long-term product vision, strategy and roadmap, focusing on user research-driven data. Ensure investments yield measurable value and enterprise-wide leverage, ensuring a unified customer journey. Lead the Product Organization: Build, lead and develop a high-performing product management department. Set clear expectations for ownership, quality and outcomes across multiple teams, fostering a culture of clarity, customer obsession, measurement and innovation. Establish the Product Operating Model: Define how product teams partner with engineering and brand leadership to ensure clear accountability, fast decision-making and strong product outcomes. Execute Strategic Roadmaps: Oversee the product management function, partnering with engineering to optimise resource allocation and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality capabilities. Implement strong product operating rhythms, roadmap planning, metrics, reviews and decision frameworks to drive accountability and execution at scale. Modernise Platforms: Drive the evolution of platform teams for increased efficiency through common capabilities, shared services and standardised workflows. Drive Organizational Alignment: Partner cross-functionally to align platform roadmaps with business priorities. Ensure technical expertise is harnessed to meet growth goals and foster a culture of technical excellence. Establish joint accountability measures with business stakeholders for product success, including adoption rates, revenue impact, operational efficiency gains and customer satisfaction improvements. Liaise with Commercial Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring the platform serves as a primary engine for revenue and market expansion. Translate commercial strategy into technical requirements. Drive Design Excellence & User-Centered Innovation: Ensure a unified design vision, a scalable design system and UI standards to ensure cohesive, accessible and customer-centered experiences. Embed design early in the product lifecycle with user research and usability testing. Engage with Stakeholders: Represent the company externally with strategic partners, customers and industry stakeholders to drive alignment around identity standards and platform direction. Engage directly with customers, evangelise product strategy and incorporate feedback. Communicate product strategy, priorities and performance to leadership and stakeholders. About you: 15+ years of product management experience, leading platform or infrastructure products and scaling high-performing teams in a complex, multi‑brand environment. Ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and navigate organisational complexity. Ability to translate commercial strategy into technical requirements. Experience working directly with GMs and Sales/Marketing leaders to align technical roadmaps with P&L objectives and subscription growth. A strategic systems thinker capable of synthesising complex information to identify platform-level value opportunities. Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, setting vision while holding teams accountable for delivery. Establishes cultures of experimentation, validation and accountability tied to business outcomes. Leverages quantitative and qualitative data at scale to inform strategy and measure impact. Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical and product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences. Not sure you meet every qualification?
