Flex Security Officer's

Flex Security Officer (Full‑time) Primary Location: Lake Ozark, MO Wage: $18.50/HR Schedule: Fri & Sat: 06:00–16:00 Sun: 13:30–20:30 Mon: 13:00–22:30 Responsibilities: Monitor premises, including access control and patrolling multiple sites. Maintain order and enforce regulations for personnel, visitors, and area. Resolve conflicts and de‑escalate tense situations. Interact frequently with client employees and guests, providing customer service and information. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity. Follow post orders and complete assigned rounds. Use technology devices throughout the shift. Perform heavy foot patrols of the property. Carry out any specific tasks and duties assigned to the site. Qualifications: At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Above‑average computer/technology skills. Excellent customer service and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently. Remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift. Professional demeanor. Rapid and effective judgment in emergencies and appropriate escalation. Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
