Remy Grey is a Scottsdale, AZ based insurance practice serving clients nationwide. We specialize in private client insurance solutions for successful individuals, families, and businesses. We are a lean insurance agency exiting startup mode and building the foundation of a high-performing service team. This role is designed for someone early in their insurance career who wants to learn quickly, build technical skill, and grow into a more advanced account management or leadership track over time.

This is not a transactional, do the bare minimum role.

Its a place to develop competence, take ownership of daily service work, and grow within a team that values initiative and improvement.

Compensation

$40,000 $58,000 depending on experience

Licensing Assistance

You will support account managers and leadership by handling the core service functions that keep our clients protected and cared for:

Process basic policy endorsements accurately and efficiently

Handle billing inquiries, changes, and follow-ups with carriers and clients

Assist with renewal preparation, including scheduling, gathering information, and reviewing policies

Quote renewals and basic new business (personal and/or commercial lines depending on experience)

Support new lines of business by coordinating information and preparing submissions

Maintain clean, organized account documentation and workflows

Communicate with clients in a friendly, responsive, and professional manner

Help identify small operational improvements and assist with bettering our processes over time

13 years of insurance customer service experience preferred (agency or carrier side)

Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance license is required - we will cover your exam preparation and exam fees

Familiarity with endorsements, billing, and quoting basics

Strong attention to detail and discipline in follow-through

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers quickly

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

Higher Education and/or Military Experience not expected but certainly honored
