Part Time 30 Hours:

We are seeking a dependable, friendly and professional Front desk/12 Passenger Bus Driver. This dual-role position combines guest service, administrative support, and passenger transportation responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in delivering a positive experience for others.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, guests, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route inquiries appropriately
• Support daily front desk operations, including check-in, transportation scheduling, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
• Transport residents to and from designated locations safely and responsibly in a 12-passenger bus
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
• Follow scheduled routes, pickup and drop-off instructions, and time commitments
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
• Assist passengers as needed while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor
• Asist with general front desk and property duties
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, receptionist, transportation, or a similar role preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background Check
• Ability to safely operate a 12-passenger vehicle
• Ability to remain professional, organized, and attentive in a busy environment
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent service

Schedule: 

• Approximately: 30 Hours per week
• Position: Part time
• Pay: 14.50/hour
• Location: 110 Frankford Ave. Lubbock TX 79416

Working Environment

This role may include a combination of desk-based work and driving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable switching between guest-facing administrative tasks and passenger transportation while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, safety, and service.
