Role Description Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote) We are seeking an English Language Assessment Expert with experience in EFL / ESL or a closely related field. This pivotal role involves the oversight of teacher assessments, focusing on language proficiency and teaching skills evaluation. As an integral member of our academic team, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of aspiring English teachers around the world. Key Responsibilities Develop and administer language proficiency assessments. Evaluate teaching methodologies and skills of ESL teachers. Provide insightful feedback and strategies for pedagogical improvement. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching standards. Participate in the creation of innovative ESL teaching resources. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in English Teaching, Education, and TEFL. Proven experience in ESL instruction and assessment. Strong track record in assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a relevant field. Preferred Prior experience in online teaching or remote educational roles. Familiarity with assessment platforms and educational technologies. Commitment to ongoing professional development in ESL/EFL education.
