Make Ready Technician – Apartment Building (Seattle)We're hiring a Make Ready Technician for our apartment community in Bellevue! If you have a knack for preparing spaces and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.About the Role: As a Make Ready Technician, you'll ensure all vacated apartments are efficiently restored to "make ready" status for new residents. You'll be responsible for inspecting units, completing checklists, and performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.Key Responsibilities:Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklistsRecord unit turn requirements in Onesite/FacilitiesMeet quality standards for unit readiness and inventoryPerform drywall repairs, touch-up painting, and basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairsReplace or repair windows, screens, doors, shelves, baseboards, lights, and moreAssist with painting and exterior repairsMake new keys and manage lock changesHelp with trash-out and moving bulky itemsReport supply needs to managementParticipate in on-call rotationRequirements:Experience with apartment maintenance or Maintenance/Repair roleBasic skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairStrong attention to detail and reliability plusThe ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs.Perks & Benefits You’ll Love:$24.00- $24.50 an hourMonthly and Year-end Bonuses – Because your hard work should be rewarded!Comprehensive Health Coverage – Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.401(k) with Company Match – We invest in your future.Generous Rental Discount at any AMLI apartment communityTuition Reimbursement – Keep growing in your career.Paid Time Off (PTO)- 20 days plus 9 paid holidays.
