Food Service Worker, Part-time (Aultman Hospital) AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking a good candidate for the Cafeteria/Retail Food Service Worker position. Great starting rate of $15.00/hr weekdays, $16.00/hr weekends with continual opportunities to make more money in this fast-paced entry-level position in the Retail Food and Beverage Industry within Aultman Hospital. Responsibilities: The right candidate will possess excellent customer service, integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture and values with the organization. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team. Anticipates customer needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Works with an exceptional Culinary Team. Provides quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed. Follows AVI operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, food handling, and safety. Requirements: Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend in order to communicate. Work well independently. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed. Ability to work as part of a team. Qualifications: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays. Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality food products, cash handling and retail safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
