Overview The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the projects assigned, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. The Senior Project Manager role will be responsible for managing projects from onset through completion, while working to enhance quality management systems, company related KPI's, and policies. Responsibilities Develop, establish and manage a platform and process for receiving and tracking all project requests and project plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets. Establish project templates to be used and modified as needed Work with quality management system (QMS) and performance management teams to develop ROI and synergy tracking. Ensuring industry standards and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the project as well as that safety regulations and company policies are followed. Create monthly status report readout to executive management Coordinates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify project scope and determine the team’s key players and requirements; identifies and mitigates project risk and issues Develops and schedules team responsibilities; technical/operation requirements; #J-18808-Ljbffr
