As a Strategic Negotiator, you combine your deep market knowledge of a given sector with tech industry savvy to negotiate cost-effective solutions to support Google's infrastructure growth. As a Land Development and Portfolio Manager, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to lead pre‑construction development on owned sites. You will take ownership of land‑use entitlements, finalize provider agreements, and coordinate off‑site infrastructure to ensure sites operate on schedule, within budget, and at full capacity. Serving as the primary site lead from post‑acquisition through asset end‑of‑life, you will cultivate vital relationships with local jurisdictions, utility partners, and engineering teams to drive long‑term operational success. Coordinate zoning, entitlements, easement actions, environmental mitigations, permitting (air, discharge), and grid or traffic impact studies. Serve as the lead liaison with local and national utility providers for supply strategy. Facilitate critical negotiations between internal technical teams and external partners to secure the utility capacity needed for planned data center developments.
