Senior Analyst, Data Analytics - Data Enablement Team

Role Summary Senior Analyst – Data Enablement Team, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) organization. Responsible for developing strategic data sets, enabling self‑service data access, and supporting scalable analytics to improve decision‑making and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Key contributor to the Data Enablement Team, expanding impact beyond data visualization to broader data enablement and strategic data management. Develop, enhance, and maintain strategic data sets to improve consistency, usability, and trust for business stakeholders. Enable faster, more efficient access to data through self‑service solutions, streamlined data workflows, and scalable delivery models. Prepare visualizations and deliver results to management and other leaders, partnering with business subject matter experts to provide recommendations and communicate outcomes to technical and non‑technical audiences. Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise data architecture, governance policies, and business priorities. Lead cross‑functional groups to define requirements and support the development of project plans, use cases, user stories, and business cases. Independently perform advanced and moderately complex statistical, quantitative, and analytical work in support of assigned business areas. Partner with business subject matter experts and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve analytical capabilities, enhance data accessibility, and modernize data solutions. Stay abreast of developments in data, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI, and evaluate opportunities to apply them to improve efficiency, insights, and user enablement. Champion data governance best practices by promoting data integrity, quality, security, compliance, and appropriate use of data across analytics and data enablement activities. Collaborate with data stewards and data owners to implement and enhance data management frameworks, metadata standards, and data lineage documentation within assigned data domains. Support the development and enforcement of data access controls, privacy protocols, and governance standards in line with organizational and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data delivery timeliness and accuracy, and strengthen the overall user experience for data consumers. Validate and review outputs to ensure analytical results and data solutions address identified business needs. Serve as a resource to less experienced team members by sharing methodologies, techniques, and best practices. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5+ years of total relevant work experience. Experience working in data analytics, business intelligence, data enablement, data management, or a related function. Experience translating business needs into data solutions, reporting capabilities, or analytical outputs. Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver business value. Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Alteryx. Experience building or supporting strategic data sets, curated data assets, or self‑service data solutions. Experience working with metadata, data lineage, data definitions, and domain‑based data ownership models. Experience supporting or applying data governance, data quality, and data management best practices. Familiarity with enterprise data architecture concepts and scalable data solution design. Interest in emerging analytics technologies and AI‑enabled capabilities. Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts and analyses for nontechnical audiences. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Salary $96,500.00 – $164,000.00 for Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers;

• 105,000.00 – $180,000.00 for Washington, D.C.;
• 120,000.00 – $205,000.00 for New York, California. Base salary is one component of total compensation; discretionary bonus may apply.
