Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Location: Milwaukie, OR (Serving Gladstone, Oregon City, West Linn, Sellwood, and the Portland metro) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $60.00 per hour Qualifications Licensure: Current Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing. Certifications: Active BLS/CPR certification (we fully cover your annual recertification fees!). Clinical Excellence: Strong technical knowledge of dental hygiene equipment, exceptional diagnostic skills, sharp attention to detail, and a gentle touch. Communication: Warm, family‑oriented interpersonal skills that help patients feel safe, heard, and thoroughly educated on their oral health. Responsibilities Comprehensive Prophylaxis: Deliver exceptional dental hygiene therapies, scaling, root planing, and periodontal care to patients of all ages. Patient Education: Take the time to guide and educate patients on custom home‑care routines and preventative health. Advanced Technology: Utilize modern clinical tools and text‑based software workflows to maximize patient health. Collaborative Diagnosis: Partner directly with Dr. Gregson and Dr. Indhya to co‑diagnose and build conservative, personalized treatment plans.
