LVN / LPN - Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide attentive nursing care in a busy outpatient clinic setting, supporting various departments including Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Obstetrics, and Urgent Care. This role ensures efficient patient flow and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care in accordance with clinic protocols and scope of practice.
• Collect patient histories, vital signs, and assist with examinations.
• Prepare and manage exam rooms and clinical supplies for daily operations.
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care and follow-up.
• Assist in coverage at multiple clinic locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Possess prior experience in outpatient or clinic environments.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in patient assessment and intervention.
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work at different clinic sites.
• Maintain CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
