Experienced Fiber Splicers Needed

Allstates Consulting Services is looking for experienced fiber splicers in the Memphis TN area to perform tasks associated with aerial and underground construction, splicing of fiber optic cable for large scale fiber build. We are looking for local splicers or people who are willing to drive into market each week or relocate to Memphis. Must have 5+ years of splicing experience on fiber network (not inside plant). Aerial and pedestal (ground) experience is a must. Pay in the $35 to $40 an hour range DOE. All full time W2 positions with benefits to include 401K W match, medical, dental LT and ST disability insurance etc... These are full time, W2 positions with steady work. We are only considering experienced splicers who have the ability to read and understand prints and can troubleshoot large networks and complicated troubleshooting of those networks. We may possible be able to get a relocation package for serious candidates.
