About the Role

The Oncology Institute (TOI) is expanding across Central Florida. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our new clinic in Ocala, FL, located about 35 miles south of Gainesville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and work with physicians to create evidence-based care plans for oncology patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personalized care.
• Administer specialized treatments and interventions under physician supervision.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and collaborative research projects.
• Serve as the practice leader in assigned areas, communicating with hospitalists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop strong relationships with hospitalists and other specialists.
