Now Hiring: Service Manager We’re currently looking for a high-energy, systems-minded Service Manager who can help us lead our team, build a positive and collaborative culture, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. What You’ll Do: Lead daily service operations with confidence, clarity, and charisma Coach, mentor, and grow team members through hands-on training and feedback Drive excellence in hospitality—every shift, every guest Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance Support seamless communication between service and culinary teams Create a vibe that’s welcoming, upbeat, and on-brand for Taco Boy What You Bring to the Table: 2–5 years of high-volume, full-service or upscale-casual restaurant management experience A track record of strong leadership and a passion for developing people Calm, upbeat energy even under pressure Solid understanding of P&L, labor and cost control, and inventory systems Experience writing schedules and running effective pre-shifts Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Bonus points if you have BOH/kitchen management experience Minimum Requirements: Reliable transportation Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items Why You’ll Love It Here: Competitive base salary (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Monthly meal comp at all Taco Boy locations Opportunities to travel for R&D Ongoing professional development and training #J-18808-Ljbffr All Good Industries
