Position Summary

Stay Breeze is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Myrtle Beach, SC. In this role, you'll prepare vacation rental properties for arriving guests, ensuring every condo is clean, comfortable, and ready to make a great first impression.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where quality, efficiency, and reliability matter. You'll follow established cleaning standards, identify and report maintenance or property concerns, and help ensure each rental is fully guest-ready before check-in.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacation rentals according to Stay Breeze standards and check-in schedules.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other guest spaces.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, and ensure properties are fully stocked with required guest supplies.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize surfaces, and complete other routine cleaning tasks.
• Inspect properties for cleanliness and presentation before guest arrival.
• Identify and promptly report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or other property concerns.
• Follow established cleaning procedures, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Manage assigned properties efficiently to ensure all scheduled cleans are completed on time.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment and notify management when additional supplies are needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding property status or issues.
• Provide consistent, high-quality work during busy weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods.

Required Qualifications

• Previous professional housekeeping, residential cleaning, hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental cleaning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and complete assigned properties within required timeframes.
• Dependable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned properties throughout the Myrtle Beach area.
• Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying supplies throughout the workday.
• Reliable attendance and ability to consistently work the required schedule.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures, checklists, and property-specific instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous vacation rental or short-term rental housekeeping experience.
• Experience completing same-day vacation rental turnovers.
• Familiarity with professional cleaning standards and inspection checklists.
• Knowledge of the Myrtle Beach area.
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality or property management environment.

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

Paid by unit, with the ability to earn approximately $250-$350 per day based on assigned workload and productivity.
