This entry-level position offers starting pay at $21.96 plus an off-shift premium, the position also includes comprehensive hands-on training to develop essential skills in manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control, preparing you for a successful career in our dynamic production environment.Job Description:Learn and perform various manufacturing tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors.Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently after appropriate training.Assist with the setup, adjustment, and minor troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.Inspect products for quality defects and ensure adherence to specifications and standards.Document production data, including quantities, times, and quality checks.Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall plant cleanliness.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.Required Skills and EducationEducation:High school diploma or equivalent.Skills:Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technical skills.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Basic math and computer skills are preferred.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.Working in hot conditionsMust be able to work various shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends, as required.Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus but not required.About Dauch:Dauch Corporation is a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier serving the global automotive industry with a powertrain-agnostic product portfolio that supports electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.
