Family Law Paralegal

Marital Paralegal

The hourly pay for this role is between $27 and $35, depending on experience.

We are looking for a Marital Paralegal with 3-5 years of family law experience to work directly with one of our attorneys in a busy practice. This is a critical role to support our growing Family Law group, and we need an organized, communicative professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. What will you be doing?

• Drafting and filing legal documents, including petitions, motions, and parenting plans.
• Managing discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories.
• Preparing and reviewing financial affidavits and supporting documentation.
• Coordinating client communication, court filings, and case deadlines.
• Assisting with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and binders.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of paralegal experience specifically in family law.
• Must come from a law firm background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in the Nashua office 5 days a week.
