In this role, you will manage a schedule of approximately 8–10 patients per day, providing top-tier hygiene treatments while working collaboratively within a high-energy, sophisticated dental environment. Pay $57~$60 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Part-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Education: Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene (Required). Licensure: Active State Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing. Certifications: Current CPR Certification. Clinical Knowledge: Superior understanding of all hygiene processes and periodontics. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Job Description Superior Clinical Care: Provide expert hygiene treatments, including irrigation and localized antibiotic applications (e.g., Arestin). Diagnostic Advocacy: Conduct thorough patient exams and proactively identify diagnostic or restorative needs for the Doctor’s review. Periodontal Program Management: Identify opportunities for periodontal therapy and successfully convert patients into necessary periodontal care systems. Practice Production: Promote new treatments and preventive education to patients to enhance overall practice health and production. Administrative Coordination: Reconcile the daily schedule, identify necessary follow-ups, and participate constructively in morning team huddles. Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with dental assistants and front office staff, delegating tasks as needed to ensure efficient patient flow.
