You are responsible for driving sales and maximizing profitability within the retail store while having a deep understanding of the impact of retail operations to support driving top‑level sales and customer service. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to crush store sales targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Set and exceed personal and store sales targets, supporting your team every step of the way. Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing sales team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment. Ensure every customer receives outstanding service, addressing complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the store manager to plan and execute promotional activities and events. Required Skills Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally in a high‑volume retail setting. Strong leadership skills with a talent for motivating and driving your team to success. Excellent communication and people skills. Sharp analytical mind, able to dive into sales data and spot trends. Here at Buck Mason, we're all about transparency and fairness, especially when it comes to compensation.
