• You've got SDR / BDR / AE energy — ideally from SaaS or start-up land

• You know how to generate your own pipeline, not just wait for leads to land in your lap

• You've hit targets before (or you're clearly built to)

• You move fast, figure it out, and don't need someone micromanaging you
