- Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence and dignity.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals in need.
- Implement personalized care plans tailored to each clients unique needs.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as required.
- Facilitate social and recreational activities to enhance client engagement.
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with team members.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all clients.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
