Cold Forming Associate - 2nd Shift
Peru, IL
Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Cold Forming Associate to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring cold forming equipment to produce quality parts while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities- Operate cold forming machines and related production equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine inspections of parts and identify any defects
- Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
