Join our TEAM - T ogether E veryone A chieves M ore Job Title: SDC Operations Officer I Department: Specialty Deposit Center We are looking for SDC Operations Officer I to join our Specialty Deposit Center team at Open Bank! The SDC Operations Officer I will perform a broad range of operational duties related to deposit accounts, including account opening, maintenance, and servicing. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries related to deposits, wire transfers, online banking, account maintenance, and general banking services Research and resolve client issues by coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with bank policies and procedures Communicate with bank clients via phone and email in a professional and timely manner regarding account inquiries, service requests, and banking concerns. Monitor and respond to incoming emails, voicemails, and service requests within established service level standards Assist clients with account-related documentation, forms, and banking procedures as needed. Escalate complex client concerns or high-risk matters to management or appropriate departments when necessary. Support daily operational activities and ensure all client requests are processed accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations, internal controls, policies, and procedures Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned to support department objectives and client service needs Keep informed of bank products and services, policies, practices, regulations, and laws as applicable to your function. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience. Minimum three years of experience in general bank operations or related field or equivalent experience required. Ability to retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in the deposit operation and lending functions. Good understanding of all required documents needed for opening new accounts. Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations. General knowledge of lending and deposit regulations and laws. Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives. Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
