We are seeking an experienced Robot Welder Operator to work with our robotic welding systems. The RobotWelder Operatorwillbe responsible forprogramming, setting up, andoperatingrobotic welding machines to perform automated welding tasks. The ideal candidateshouldhaveasolidunderstandingofroboticweldingtechnology,beproficientin programming robotic welders, andpossessthe ability to troubleshoot andoptimizerobot welding processes for efficiency and quality. KeyResponsibilities: Programandsetuproboticweldingmachinesforspecificweldingtasks. Loadmaterialsontoroboticweldingfixturesandensureproperalignment. Troubleshootandresolveanytechnicalissuesorerrorsthatariseduringrobot weldingoperations. Collaboratewithengineeringandproductionteamstodevelopefficient weldingprograms. Adheretosafetyguidelinesandensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies. PreferredQualifications: Candidatemusthavesomeorallofthefollowingeducational/technicalrequirements: ProvenexperienceasaRobotWelderOperatororinasimilarroleworking with robotic welding systems. Abilitytointerprettechnicaldrawingsandweldingsymbolsforroboticweldingoperations. Candidatemusthavesomeorallofthefollowingskillsandabilities: Problem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytotroubleshootandoptimizerobot weldingprocesses.
