Production Supervisor

Our client is a global manufacturing organization that has been growing rapidly in recent years. Due to this growth, they are looking to hire at least 5 new Production Supervisors, across all 3 shifts. Main duties of the Supervisor include: Directly leading a team of roughly 40-50 hourly production employees in a non-union manufacturing facility Utilizing strong leadership skills with a firm but fair style to handle conflicts and disagreements on the production floor Ensuring producion area is hitting all production, safety and quality goals Hiring and training new hourly workers Utilizing Lean and CI skills to aid in improving processes Using SAP and working closely with maintenance when machines are down or need upgraded/installed Qualifications include: Previous supervision experience leading large groups of hourly workers Fast-paced and large manufacturing plant experience is required Firm leadership style - ability to handle conflict resolution on a regular basis #J-18808-Ljbffr Omni One
