Technical Program Manager Salesforce Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong hands-on Salesforce architecture and Service Cloud experience to lead complex, cross-functional Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong program management, stakeholder leadership, risk management, and process optimization skills. Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Salesforce programs and manage interrelated projects from planning through implementation.
Drive Salesforce architecture, design, and technical delivery in collaboration with engineering, business, and architecture teams.
Manage Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives and ensure successful delivery of critical business capabilities.
Develop program plans, milestones, dependencies, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
Coordinate launch planning and align multiple teams toward unified business and customer objectives.
Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and roadblocks; develop mitigation and resolution strategies.
Manage stakeholder communications, escalations, priorities, and executive-level reporting.
Balance business requirements with technical constraints and influence product and technical strategy.
Develop scalable processes and mechanisms to improve program execution and operational efficiency.
Manage intake queues by prioritizing, categorizing, assigning, and tracking requests through completion.
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to drive timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Architecture and solution design .
Proven experience working on Salesforce projects .
Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud .
Strong Technical Program Management / Program Management experience.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs.
Strong understanding of risk, dependency, issue, and change management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong technical problem-solving and process optimization mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
