We believe that when good ideas are shared, even better things can happen.The Company offers numerous options to help its employees achieve their financial, professional, and wellness goals including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Company-paid life insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan and match Gym reimbursement and more.Position Purpose:As a Business Development Representative, you will be the face of our property management services to prospective clients.Your primary responsibility will be to generate new property management agreements by identifying and converting leads, networking with real estate professionals, and delivering compelling value propositions to property owners and investors.General Duties and Responsibilities:Identify, engage, and convert leads (inbound and outbound) into signed property management agreementsPresent the value of our property management services through discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups. Build and maintain a pipeline of investor clients (individuals and institutional owners) i.e. property owners, landlords, real estate investors & professionals, developers, builders, and realtors through cold calling, emailing, and in-person eventsEnsure accurate expectations are set during the sales process to reduce early-stage client churnCollaborate with the onboarding and property management teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clientsConduct follow-ups during the first 90 days to ensure client satisfaction and engagementMonitor client satisfaction and contract longevity to ensure long-term retention of acquired doorsTrack and respond to feedback or escalations related to accounts you originatedAchieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual door acquisition goalsMaintain CRM accuracy, activity logs, and deal tracking to support performance and forecastingRegularly report on performance metrics, pipeline status, and client success indicatorsPrepare and distribute necessary documentation and materials to new investors, ensuring all required information is collected and verifiedAssist in the creation and distribution of welcome packages and informational materials for new investorsCoordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth integration of new investors into the company's systems and processesMaintain open lines of communication with internal teams to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress and status of portfolio transfers and onboardingEnsure data accuracy by meticulously inputting, updating, and maintaining investor information in relevant databasesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and optimize efficiencyQualifications:Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (real estate or property management experience strongly preferred)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsOrganized, self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for helping clients succeedAt Suncoast Property Management employment opportunities are based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, ancestry, national origin, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
