Regional Sales Manager - Mid-Central - Interventional Spine (IVS)

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach sales representatives to achieve regional sales objectives and territory goals
- Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent to build high-performing team
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with market opportunities
- Conduct field visits to provide coaching, feedback, and professional development
- Monitor key business metrics, forecasts, and sales performance against regional targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years professional sales experience
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
- Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans
- Experience analyzing sales performance and market opportunities
- Experience managing forecasts and business performance metrics
- Medical device, healthcare, or surgical industry experience preferred
Compensation: $164,250 base salary plus bonus and commission; target total compensation $275,000
