The Playbook (Your Senior Retention Closer Responsibilities) The Re-Close: Masterfully navigate cancellation requests by conducting deep-dive discovery calls to identify pain points and pivot back to the value proposition. Strategy Execution: Design and execute custom retention strategies tailored to high-value contracts to minimize churn. Conflict Resolution: Handle escalated complaints with a calm, persuasive, and professional demeanor. Revenue Management: Manage your pipeline in Salesforce , ensuring every at-risk account is tracked, followed up with, and documented with surgical precision.
