The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine love for animals. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the client's experience.**Key Responsibilities:*** Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.* Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.* Maintain client records and update information as needed.* Process payments and handle billing inquiries.* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.* Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.* Coordinate with veterinary staff to provide seamless patient care.* Handle client concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.* Stay informed about clinic services and promotions to inform clients.**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.* Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office setting preferred.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with practice management software.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.* Compassionate and patient demeanor with a love for animals.* Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.**Benefits:*** Competitive salary* Health and dental insurance* Paid time off* Employee discounts on veterinary services* Opportunities for professional developmentAt AmeriVet, we’re committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
