Christiana Care Hospital is currently looking to hire a Clinical Program Specialist - RN to support our Renal Denervation and STEMI services for the Heart & Vascular Center. Across both programs, the Clinical Program Specialist serves as a key liaison for patients, families, providers, and clinical teams while supporting coordinated care, program growth, quality improvement, and an exceptional patient experience.

For the  Renal Denervation Program , the Clinical Program Specialist serves as the primary clinical coordinator for patients undergoing evaluation and treatment for hypertension. The RN manages patients from referral through treatment and follow-up, coordinating multidisciplinary care, patient education, coverage requirements, procedural planning and patient tracking.

For the  STEMI Program , the Clinical Program Specialist provides post-discharge AMI navigation and quality support, including three-day follow-up calls to assess recovery, reinforce education, identify concerns, and facilitate timely escalation of care. The role also supports STEMI quality initiatives through data review, performance monitoring and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing institution; Bachelor of Science in Nursing required

• Minimum of three years of cardiovascular nursing experience required

• BLS certification required

• ACLS certification required or obtain within 6 months of hire

• Certification in Nursing Specialty preferred

• Project Management experience preferred

Annual Compensation Range $87,588.80 - $140,129.60 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
