Job Summary:

Join our culinary leadership team as a Sous Chef and help create exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced resort environment. You'll work alongside talented chefs, lead and develop kitchen staff, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, memorable meals for guests. Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr

• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring efficient food production.

• Supervise, train, and mentor cooks and kitchen staff to maintain high performance and service standards.

• Ensure all food is prepared, plated, and presented according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health department regulations and company policies.

• Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and controlling food and labor costs.

• Support menu development and recipe execution while maintaining consistency and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu execution, inventory management, and cost control.

• Thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards; ServSafe Certification preferred.

• Ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
