Production Associate: Retread Tire Technician (Paid Training) - Portland, OR

Starting Pay: $22.50 hourly + weekly pay OT Opportunities + Full Benefits Location: 8515 N Columbia Blvd, Portland OR Experience is not required for this position. We will train you. About the Role: What will you do? As a member of our retread team, you will play a role in recapping, remolding, or extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road. Job Responsibilities Inspect the tires to assess if they can be retread Buff the casing to remove any worn tread Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing Using rubber cement or a patch, repair the casing before applying new tread Build the tire by applying new tread Cure the tire to mold the retread application Final inspection to assess a safe and quality product What’s In It For You?
