Our Century City, Irvine, and Ontario, CA locations are each seeking Internal OperationsInterns. The anticipated start date for this role is: January 2027. The anticipated end date for this role is: April 2027. Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. The compensation range for this position in California is: $25.00 - $30.00

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review s and organize s client incoming tax documents . Assist s with intake of tax information and prepare s for routing . Ensure s all client documents are being tracked and kept current . Organize s , scan s and process es tax documents . Assemble s client tax returns following established procedures . E-filing and other final delivery type steps . Other responsibilities may include preparation of informational tax documents . General operational support and other responsibilities/tasks as requested .

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree - Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred . Willingness to learn new technologies . Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
