Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for Assembly Operators for our client located in Napoleon, Ohio!
Pay rate:1st Shift: $17/hr.
2nd and 3rd Shift: $17.30/hr.
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7 AM- 3 PM
2nd Shift: 3 PM- 11 PM or 4 PM- 12 AM
3rd Shift: 10 PM- 6am or 11 PM- 7 AM
Shift times may vary depending on line assignment Location: Napoleon, Ohio
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported
- Maintain equipment and work areas
- Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles.
- Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader.
- Maintain equipment and work areas
- Advocates safety practices to the rest of the production staff
- Ensures that the supervisor/team leader is made aware of all machine/equipment malfunctions maintenance or safety issues
- Checks finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediately
- Production and/or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass Background check, Drug Test & Pre- Employment verifications.
- Must have steel toe shoes/boots
- Must have good attendance
- MUST be able to work OVERTIME
