What you’ll bring:

Valid Delaware Physical Therapist license
Previous experience in pediatric or school-based therapy (preferred)
Flexibility to travel locally to various sites or homes as needed

Dedication to fostering positive, inclusive learning environments for all students

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing physical therapy assessments and interventions for students with varying medical needs
Developing and updating individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams
Supporting homebound students with tailored therapeutic services
Adapting strategies to accommodate each student’s evolving requirements
Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with district and state guidelines
