Automation Architect- US Illinois

Job Description:
- Hands on experience in designing, developing & enhancing the Automation Framework
- Strong hands-on expertise on UI automation Selenium (Java, Selenium), API Automation, Perfecto mobile automation.
- Experience of working with large-scale and complex programs, DevOps, CI/CD, continuous testing environment.
- Responsible for defining Automation Test Strategies for major program initiatives
- Test planning and guiding resources on best Automation policies
- Ensuring progress of test automation development activities as per plan, adhering to milestones and meeting SLAs.
- Investigate and diagnose problems; propose and execute solutions.
- Resolve automation issues and blockers independently
- Able to understand who to go to when there are issues
- Partner with new automation resources by providing training and guidance during on-boarding
- Ability to provide a strategy that will enable automation teams to design effective automation coverage across all components (UI, API, DB, Mainframe, Unix)
