Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Contract)
Looking to grow your logistics, warehouse, or shipping career? We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary opportunity is ideal for candidates with warehouse, material handling, logistics, or customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy activities
- Receive incoming materials and ensure proper storage and organization
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipments
- Process shipments using systems such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL
- Prepare shipping and export documentation, including Air Waybills and other required forms
- Maintain accurate inventory and ERP system records
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively across departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and data entry
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Up to $25.00/hour
