What You'll Do

• Deliver a consultative, engaging buying experience from first hello to final delivery
• Bring the MINI product to life through confident demonstrations and strong product knowledge
• Connect with clients who value design, performance, and individuality
• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Consistently follow up and build long-term relationships
• Achieve performance goals while contributing to a strong team culture
• Represent the MINI brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

• At least 2 years of dealership experience at BMW/MINI (REQUIRED).

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but mindset, energy and professionalism matter most.

Benefits

Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability and basic life/AD&D insurance after 60 days of employment. Car Pros sponsors 80% of basic medical (Kaiser Permanente), dental and vision insurance for employees. Employees pay the additional cost for dependents and any voluntary elections.

Employees can enroll in company's 401k plan after one year of service. Employees will accrual one-hour personal time off for every 30 hours worked.

Salary Range: $82,481.60 $129,416.00 annually
