Our client is seeking a highly experienced professional to support complex litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal. Position Highlights Hybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday in office | Friday remote Competitive salary: $100,000 – $115,000 High-impact role supporting complex litigation cases Exposure to trial preparation, discovery, and appellate work Key Responsibilities Manage cases from pre-litigation through trial and post-trial Coordinate and oversee discovery, document review, and production Prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and court filings Conduct legal research using platforms Support depositions, witness prep, and trial logistics Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation databases Provide courtroom support during trials Required Qualifications 8–10+ years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm required) Strong background in complex litigation and trial support Experience with federal & state e‑filing systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat Litigation tools, (Relativity, Opus 2 or similar) Core Skills Exceptional attention to detail & organization Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Strong written and verbal communication Professional, client‑facing presence Self-driven with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne offers major medical, dental, vision, 401k and statutory sick pay where required.
