Reliability Engineer - Project Symphony

Reliability Engineer LaSalle Network is partnered with a leading CPG company headquartered in downtown Chicago to fill a full‑time Reliability Engineer role. The position is hybrid, with work location in Bellwood, IL, and focuses on TPM implementation and continuous improvement strategy across North American plants. Responsibilities Support key initiatives for implementation and deployment of TPM initiatives across North American plants. Train, coach, and communicate TPM initiatives to all levels of plant staff and ensure accurate use. Analyze data within Maximo CMMS, Redzone, and Tableau to better support maintenance and operations. Continuously identify areas of improvement across plants and build a continuous improvement culture. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, or related Engineering field. 5+ years of TPM methodology experience. Experience training and coaching plant staff on TPM methodology. Manufacturing experience required. Food manufacturing experience preferred. Pay Rate: $40–$60/hour. All assignments are at‑will.
