Digital Marketing Specialist

Reports to: Marketing Manager Location: 1501 W Orangewood Ave., Orange, CA 92868 Position: Full-Time Experience Required: 2-4 years in digital marketing for a consumer brand; experience with a brand that has multiple physical locations preferred Overview: Our four taprooms are the heart of the business, and this role's job is to help keep them filled through sharp, on-brand communication. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you'll be a hands-on builder behind everywhere's digital marketing, executing email campaigns in Klaviyo, producing graphics across web, social, and print, building landing pages for releases and events, and owning the day-to-day machine behind our online shop and bottle club (Shopify and Recharge). Our Marketing Manager leads strategy, brand development, and the marketing calendar; you assist in bringing it all to life. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing (Klaviyo): Build and send weekly segmented email/SMS campaigns for taproom events, beer releases, and club pickups, working from the marketing calendar. Audit, clean up, and rebuild our Klaviyo segments Build and maintain automated flows Graphic Design: Using assets produced by the Marketing Manager, build graphics in Illustrator and Photoshop for web, email, social, print, and in-taproom screens and signage. Own template-level production work like weekly social stories. Landing Pages: Design and build landing and splash pages for releases, events, and campaigns (we use PageFly; strong Shopify page-builder experience translates). Ecommerce & Club Back End: Own day-to-day operations of our Shopify store: product listings, merch and beer drops, collections, pricing, and promos. Own the membership subscription engine in Recharge: signups, product configuration, billing flows Reporting: Track email performance by segment, attributable taproom event turnout, ecommerce revenue, and club growth and retention and report on it regularly. Qualifications/Skills: Hands-on Klaviyo experience building campaigns, flows, and especially segments. Functional Shopify experience, and experience with Recharge or another subscription/membership platform. A design portfolio demonstrating Illustrator and Photoshop skills. Experience building landing pages with Shopify page builders (PageFly or similar). Organized and self-directed: you can take "the barrel release drops in 3 weeks" and build the whole funnel. #J-18808-Ljbffr everywhere
