Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, on-site OT services to a designated student one day per week (8 hours)
• Coordinate with existing virtual OT to ensure continuity of care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student progress
• Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and support staff to optimize student outcomes

Contract Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• End date: May 2027
• One full day weekly (8 hours/week)
