Summary

A growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its expanding litigation team.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and hands-on litigation experience. The selected attorney will work closely with experienced trial attorneys and assist with cases from filing through trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda.

• Take and defend depositions.

• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial testimony.

• Attend mediations, hearings, and case management conferences.

• Coordinate with medical providers and expert witnesses.

• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction and in good standing.

• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Experience handling depositions, court hearings, and case management.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and client communication skills.

• Demonstrated interest in plaintiff-side trial practice.

• Personal injury litigation experience is preferred.
