Finance Associate
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the daily financial operations of U.S.-based clients in the cannabis industry, the full-time remote Finance Associate will manage accounting tasks such as reconciliations and invoicing while collaborating with experienced professionals to enhance workflows. Key Responsibilities: Support daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, invoicing, and journal entries Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, month-end close activities, and documentation Deliver accurate work on time while maintaining low error rates and contributing ideas for process improvements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance-related role Experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
