This role is responsible for providing strategic insights through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. The position partners cross-functionally with business leaders to support decision-making, ensure financial accuracy, and drive operational and financial efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with advanced analytical capabilities to drive forecasting accuracy, identify growth opportunities, improve profitability, and optimize business decisions through data-driven financial insights.YOUR ROLEDevelop, analyze, and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-makingDeliver comprehensive analysis of sales trends, volume, pricing, mix, and customer performanceDevelop and maintain sales, pricing, volume, and margin/profitability forecastsAnalyze actual versus forecast performance and communicate key drivers, risks and opportunitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, support business reviews, executive presentations, and the annual operating planLead analysis of gross-to-net (GTN) components including Chargebacks, Rebates, Administrative Fees, Discounts, Returns, etc.Monitor GTN reserve adequacy and identify emerging risks or opportunitiesEvaluate pricing strategies, contract pricing proposals, and margin impactsProvide decision support and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives, and monitor commercial KPIsAnalyze revenue, cost structures, and profitability to provide actionable insightsSupport strategic planning processes, including long-range financial planning and scenario modelingProvide recommendations to improve financial performance in the areas of pricing, revenue management, and GTN optimizationMaintain and enhance financial reporting systems, tools, and dashboardsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistencyPrepare ad hoc financial analyses and business case evaluations as neededEnhance reporting automation and analytical capabilities through use of BI tools and advanced analyticsSupport audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls as applicableCommunicate financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholdersEnsure accuracy, transparency, and consistency in financial data and reportingRequires successful completion of assigned trainingYOUR BACKGROUNDBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required8+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance requiredStrong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools requiredStrong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles requiredExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools preferredMBA, CPA, or CFA designation preferredExperience working in cross-functional or matrixed organizations preferredFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferredReason to join USMuch more than a Competitive salary,We offer continued personal development.
