Job Summary
La Vida Gardens is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in educating customers about cannabis products and ensuring they have a positive, informed shopping experience. You will also collaborate with the team to maintain compliance with New Jersey CRC regulations and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Product Specialist Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance to customers on cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects
Share firsthand knowledge and experiences to address customer concerns and enhance product understanding
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product availability
Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional environment
Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and regulatory updates
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner
Support the management team with operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in the industry or related fields is a plus
Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Previous experience in retail, customer service, cannabis is preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
