Remote Licensed Therapist - Eating Disorder Care

Equip is seeking a Licensed Therapist to deliver evidence-based eating disorder treatment from home in Wisconsin. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide family-based and individual therapies via telehealth, maintaining a 30–40 caseload with 20–26 hours direct care.
You will implement FBT, CBT-E, ARFID-focused approaches, participate in trainings, and ensure licensure in your home state while supporting ongoing patient care and documentation.
